From mfr & online searching:

• The pin marked 'A' in the picture is the input
• Single supply voltage: 2.8 - 5vdc (recommended to keep it at 3v or above)
• Single-ended input
• Board Size: 44 x 16mm
• Mounting hole spacing: 39.5mm

From breadboarding, here's what I've learned:

• "V" pins on opposite ends of the board are tied together
  same with "G" pins
• The pot is gain. CCW is more gain. Max gain appears to be about x90
• There is an onboard green LED that lights up when output exceeds about 2.6v.
  This seems to be a pre-set threshold
• With 60mv input, and gain set at max, output in Vcc=5.3vdc (on my breadboard)
• Gain adj seems to be 25-turn
