Adafruit 161 CdS Photo Resistor

When it's in the light, the resistance is about 5-10K, when in the dark it goes up to 200K.

Connect as part of a voltage divider, with the photo resistor and a fixed resistor in series between power (eg. 5v) and ground, with your microcontroller's analog input pin connected to the junction between them.
