- Directions:
- Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B; mix completely.
After mixing, spread in a thin layer in a shallow dish to minimize heat buildup and maximize working time.
- Working time ~10 min if left in concentrated mass, ~15 min if spread thin.
- Can also be mixed by weight: 100 A to 42 B
- Colors and fillers can be added by mixing in part A before combining with part B.
- Can be thinned with acetone or denatured alcohol to penetrate porous surfaces.
- Use foam brush to apply a layer ~ 1/64th inch thick
To avoid drips and runs, continue brushing and working the surface until it starts to set up.
- Apply multiple layers by waiting for surface to be "tacky-hard" before re-coating.
- Tacky re-coat in ~ 90 min, cure tack-free in ~ 2 hrs
- Cured coatings can be painted with acrylic enamel paints. Lightly sand before painting.
- 1 oz mixed material will cover 100 sq.in. at 1/64th inch thick
- Dries clear with Shore hardness 80D
- Cured material can be sanded or machined. Wear respirator.
