• XTC-3D is a two-part epoxy coating that fills imperfections and cures to a hard, crystal clear, glossy finish; or it can be painted.

• Directions:
• Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B; mix completely.
  After mixing, spread in a thin layer in a shallow dish to minimize heat buildup and maximize working time.
• Working time ~10 min if left in concentrated mass, ~15 min if spread thin.
• Can also be mixed by weight: 100 A to 42 B
• Colors and fillers can be added by mixing in part A before combining with part B.
• Can be thinned with acetone or denatured alcohol to penetrate porous surfaces.
• Use foam brush to apply a layer ~ 1/64th inch thick
  To avoid drips and runs, continue brushing and working the surface until it starts to set up.
• Apply multiple layers by waiting for surface to be "tacky-hard" before re-coating.
• Tacky re-coat in ~ 90 min, cure tack-free in ~ 2 hrs
• Cured coatings can be painted with acrylic enamel paints. Lightly sand before painting.
• 1 oz mixed material will cover 100 sq.in. at 1/64th inch thick
• Dries clear with Shore hardness 80D
• Cured material can be sanded or machined. Wear respirator.
