For this project, R1 is 270ohms stacked vertically in parallel (difficult to see in the picture) with a 1.8k for a net of 235ohms.
R2 is two resistors (6.8k & 1.8k) side-by-side in parallel, for a net of 1.4k.
This calculates to 8.7v output.
