• 2019-09-23: Making another attempt:
  In the 2+ years since my initial foray, I've learned that you can't just extract the libraries and put them where they belong. It seems that doing so manually prevents the IDE from finding them.
  So I'm trying again, the "right" way, as I've documented here:
