FreeCAD: edit existing drawing

• Open FreeCAD; Open file you want to edit
• Part Design > Model >
• If you want to edit a sketch element, double-click it,
  make edits; Close edit session; Save
• If you've already converted your sketch to eg a pad,
  and you want to edit the Pad parameters,
  double-click the pad listing in the model tree,
  make edits; Close edit session; Save
Note: If you've drawn things since originally making the Pad (that you're now going to edit), and if any of your new drawing elements are constrained in relation to the extent of the original pad, then now when you change the extension of the original pad, you'll have to edit the constraints affected.
