FreeCAD: Make a Pad on top of another element

• Select the Body in model tree
  click the face or entity in the drawing where you want your new pad to be
  click new sketch
• double-click on the sketch listing in the model tree (eg. sketch001) to start an edit session
• draw lines for perimeter of your new pad
  Close edit session
• select to highlight sketch001 in model tree
• Tasks > Pad (or click Pad icon in menu bar)
  enter desired parameters, OK
