Arduino Uploading options

List of Arduino boards and the upload options that are available for them:

• Uno's can be programmed with USB-B (if there is a bootloader installed), or FTDI, or AVRP
• Ardweeny must be programmed with FTDI as it does not have a USB port, nor SPI (?)
• Boarduinos can be programmed with FTDI
