FreeCAD: Import a block into an existing drawing

• The "block" term that I've used is not correct per any FC entity I know of. However it describes what I want to do:
  take a part, or a section of a part, that is in a drawing, and insert/import it so that it becomes a part of a different drawing.
• Research so far suggests that the addon "A2plus" will do what I need
