• General configuration:
  using the roll-around 19" rack that I have:
  space for batteries (4?)
  output lugs or connector
  output capacity? 10a? 20a?
  trickle charge module
  fast charge module?
  house AC interface
• Control Panel:
  
  
  • output voltage
  • output current
  • led's for battery state: online (red), offline (yel), charging (grn)
  • switches to take batteries off/online
  • single-digit display to show which battery being charged
  • battery charging voltage and amps
  • house AC status on (grn) or off (yel)

• Operation:
  • any or all batteries can be online at the same time (are you sure?)
  • only one battery can charge at a time
  • a battery cannot charge if it's online
  • program reads battery states
  • program reads voltage of all offline batteries
  • program initiates charging the offline battery with lowest voltage
