Create bootable USB stick

- On Windows system: from power-off then on, press F2 repeatedly as bootup starts,
(your PC may use a different key to get into the boot menu. Try F11, F12, others, perhaps the escape key)
You will enter the boot menu
- Arrow right x2 to the Boot tab
- use arrow keys to scroll down to highlight Boot Mode / 1st Boot Device
default will be UEFI: Windows Boot Manager
press <CR> then use arrow keys to select UEFI device you just created
(if your USB stick is plugged in), or select USB device (?), then press CR.
Windows Boot Manager will automatically be moved to 2nd Boot Device position
- press F10 to save and reset; select Yes to Save configuration and reset
- Computer will restart. If you have your Linux USB stick inserted, Linux will boot up.
If you do Not have your USB inserted, then Windows will boot up.
Insert your Linux USB stick and restart your computer. Linux will boot up.
